Let's work together to successfully realize the energy transition. We are looking for an Associate International Due Diligence / Project Risk Manager (m/f/d) for our international due diligence team in Dresden, Meißen or Stettin.
Your contribution to the energy revolution
- systematically analyze, review as well as evaluate wind and solar projects for internal and external quality assurance
- review lease agreements and related easements and compare them with the existing project planning
- review of other project documents and contracts with a constant focus on risk assessment
- person in charge for the due diligence of purchase, sales and financing processes
- review and manage project documentation for the information exchange with banks and investors
- interface in intensive dialog with the project managers of our foreign subsidiaries and technical experts throughout the UKA Group
- monitor open issues and support in finding solutions
- maintain standardized overviews with all key project information
In addition to your own energy, you will bring
- you have successfully completed a university or technical college degree with a focus on business administration or law or a comparable specialization
- you may already have some professional experience in a similar position and in conducting due diligence processes
- you are fluent in English and preferably able to speak other languages
- you work in a structured and conscientious way, with good communication skills, assertiveness and quick comprehension
- you have good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)
